• We also offer additional communication lessons with the teacher in small groups. You get 8 lessons per month. You and the other people in your group will be the only people to see these lessons. The extra lessons will train your ability to communicate, you will be able to speak directly with video and sound.

• Communication lesson - 16,90 eur (Minimum 8 lessons)

What will you learn on each level?

---• A1. Introduce yourself and talk about other people. Talk about your close family, food and daily routines. Learn to order at a cafe and express yourself in a shop. Talk about your activities in the present and past. Talk about the weather, climate, festivities, and celebrations.

---• A2. Talk about your background, living place, budget, school and job search. Talk about your health and learn to make a doctors appointment. Talk about the future, your plans, family and holidays. Learn to give and understand directions.

---• B1. Talk about job search, immigration/emigration, and personal economy. Learn to write a CV. Talk about media, equality and human rights. Talk about relatives, relationships, marriage, parenting, security and the environment. Talk about a healthy and unhealthy lifestyle. Learn about culture and traditions.

---• B2. Talk about politics, democracy, government, and international relationships. Get acquainted with international organizations. Talk about Norway/Sweden, country's history, traditions, famous Norwegians/Swedes. Talk about multicultural society, climate, environmental problems, and psychological health. Learn about the work environment, job interview, and education.

What can you achieve in 3 months?

How fast you learn a language depends on how many hours you are willing to study each week. Experts disagree about how long time it takes to learn a language and this is probably very individual. If you choose to attend our online school, you will quickly find out how much you can learn in 3 months. We think many of you can do both A1 and A2 at this time if you study a couple of hours each day. And be not surprised if you also have done parts of B1 at the same time!

1. How much I can learn in 3 months time?
In 3 months time, you can cover one level. But if you study a couple of hours each day, you may finish even 2 or 3 levels in 3 months time.

2. What should I do if I can't participate in some lessons?
Before the lesson, you don't need to do anything. After the lesson, you need to schedule a time to watch the recording of the skipped lesson.

5. What should I do if I can not hear the teacher?
If the speakers or headphones are working, then restart your computer and re-connect to the Online system.

“Helsenorsk”: Kommunikasjon og helse

We offer a special Norwegian language course for medical staff - “Helsenorsk”: Kommunikasjon og helse. This B2 level program trains you how to speak with patients, colleagues, doctors, and relatives. It also trains your ability to communicate via different channels, f. e., real conversations or e-mails, and write good reports. We can help you to find a job in Norway as well.
